Processing Time

Orders are authenticated within 24 business hours of payment confirmation, then shipped via your selected method. Total time from order to dispatch: 24–48 hours for in-stock items.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard (5–7 business days) — Free on orders $500+; $15 on smaller orders
  • Express (2 business days) — $35 flat rate, all order sizes
  • Overnight (next business day) — $65 flat rate, order by 2 PM ET

International Shipping

  • Canada — $25 flat, 5–7 business days via DHL Express
  • UK / EU — $45 flat, 5–7 business days via DHL Express
  • Asia / Australia — $65 flat, 7–10 business days via DHL Express
  • Rest of world — Calculated at checkout

Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. We declare full purchase value on all customs forms.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 2 hours of dispatch. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price and require signature on delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date at support@royalpop.io. We will file an insurance claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
