14-Day Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The watch must be unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and accessories must be included
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (the delivery scan date)

How to Return

1. Email returns@royalpop.io with your order number and reason for return
2. We email you a prepaid return shipping label (US) or instructions (international) within 24 hours
3. Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of our receiving + inspecting the return

Authenticity Disputes

If you believe the piece you received is not authentic, contact authenticate@royalpop.io within 48 hours of delivery. We provide a full refund + return shipping label if an authentication concern is verified. We stand behind every piece we ship.

Non-Returnable

• Watches showing signs of wear (wrist marks, scratches, dial debris)
• Watches without original packaging
• Watches purchased on final-sale promotions (will be clearly marked)
• Custom-engraved or modified pieces

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds appear within 3–5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent to a wallet address you specify, processed within 24 hours.
